I am wondering if happiness is related to bliss, can anyone really achieve true happiness. Or is it how oneself defines happiness?

Happiness is a sensation that shows up in ones mind and emotions as a reaction when basic survival needs are fulfilled. It causes a state of being that is felt as satisfying and uplifting. This sensation stays for a while and then fades slowly away, leaving the individual in a kind of void that causes discomfort and the longing to repeat the condition of happiness. An example: If someone is very hungry, then will feel happy when getting some food, it doesn’t really matter what it is.

Then this feeling of happiness stays in ones memory connected with food and every time one feels not good, for whatever reason, then having the urge to start eating. (It is surprising to me that nobody mentions this when answering questions about weight problems…) Apart of having food for ones happiness there are quite a number more of basic needs: The sexual urge is strong and when fulfilled gives a kind of happiness. The need to get attention is also strong and when fulfilled gives satisfaction and happiness. Being confirmed in ones power gives another kind of happiness.

Being confirmed in ones concepts and ones self-image gives happiness, what mostly happens in a relationship when ‘falling in love’ with the produced feeling of happiness. The problem is that this kind of happiness never is enough and so people eating more and more, wanting more sex, going for more power and attention or gathering more property and so on.

So then after having what they wanted, they are not really happy and so they become spiritual or religious… or even fanatic or obsessed. That might give their life a new sense and makes them happy. But are people really happy? Or are they just occupied with their new beliefs and so they don’t need to deal with their state of not being happy?

It seems that the most happiness is gained when ones concepts and self-image are confirmed. Then this gives a certain security and establishes the feeling of existence.
So is happiness the preliminary stage of bliss? No, it isn’t, because happiness is bound to the personality with conditions and positions, while bliss goes beyond personality and so is not a reaction, it is a pure state of being, as the result of a growing process and can’t be reached with intention or any kind of manipulation.

The next question might be if there is a way to gain permanent happiness or even bliss? Yes there is: It is the way given because we are alive and we are not alone. We need to interact with each other and with all kind of situations and happenings. If we relate and respond with responsibility, we will free ourselves from dependencies. We will be able to appreciate what is given in any moment and see it as an opportunity to learn and to grow, having the trust that this situation is the best what can be and if it is difficult, then we can see it as a challenge. Out of this attitude there will come the constant condition of happiness.

Happiness: The Quest
By Lambert Klein

Happiness is something many of us strive for. Why is it so hard to achieve, especially at times when you need it the most? How do we change a gloomy mood into a lighter or happier one?

There are some things within our power that will help us accomplish these goals.

What are some benefits of happiness that could encourage you to work towards it even more?

o Health

o Self Confidence

o A sense of Purpose

o More Productivity

o Achieve Your Goals

o Weight Loss

Funny thing is that the above list also works in reverse. If you are healthy, self confident and all the rest listed, than you will most likely be happier. Sometimes happiness is staring us right in the face.

Here are some ways that you can create happiness in your life.

Exercise: It appears that exercising comes up a lot when we are speaking about improving various things in our lives. It has been shown to improve mood by making us healthier and increasing endorphins.

Foods & Diet: Eating chocolate is probably more of a pleasure than sustained happiness, even though it can provide us with a short-lived boost.

A healthy diet though is vital for our health and happiness. Too much sugar and junk foods are provisional emotional boosters. In the long run these problem foods will degrade us physically as well as emotionally.

Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, including raw veggies. Cut back on unhealthy foods and don’t “Super Size” it.

Supplements: If you are not receiving all of your nutrients in your diet then you may want to supplement by taking vitamins.

There are some specific supplements that target your mood. You could discuss these with your health practitioner.

Music: Music can bring miracles to your mood. Go ahead and listen to something upbeat and happy.

Rewards: Happiness comes from rewards as well. They can be simple things. You find a great bargain on something you been wanting. Maybe someone offers you a simple item of interest. You do a task and are complimented on it by someone else or yourself. Even finding a coin on the sidewalk can give you a “Reward” feeling that can bring happiness to you.

The greatest reward can come from giving a compliment to someone or saying a kind word.

Gratitude: Be grateful for what you have. This simple statement can make a giant difference in your life! Everyday think of everything you have. The enormous things, and the little things. Are you living in a cardboard box? No. Then be very grateful. Yes? Be grateful for the cardboard box.

Have gratitude for friends and family, the home you live in, the food you eat. Isn’t it great having air to breath, freedom to go where you want. Don’t take these for granted but have gratitude and give thanks.

Love: Well Love can clearly bring happiness. Love for your spouse, friends, neighbors and strangers. Give Love and you will receive Love. Learn to Love Yourself. Let’s all remember that when we interact with others.

Enjoyment: Do what you enjoy. This could be a hobby or going for a walk in the park. If you do things that you like it’s bound to bring happiness.

Forgiveness: Try a bit harder to say kind words to others. Place yourself in the other’s person place for a moment. Sure there are some people that act so mean and hateful. Remember you only hurt yourself when you return meanness or hold resentment and anger inside.

Help Others: Find ways to make others happy. You may be surprised that by willingly helping others to find joy can have a positive impact on you as well. Help others to find meaning in life. Keep them company.

Build Self Confidence: Do your work the best you can. Learn new skills. Find meaning in your career and life. Enjoy a new hobby or game. You can boost your self-confidence by learning new and enjoyable things. Raise your self-confidence and you raise your happiness.

Happiness can make you smarter! Is it really surprising that positive attracts positive? If you do these things you will increase your happiness.

What is the most important thing to you? Is it money, a fancy car or a mansion, maybe your health? What about happiness?

Well let’s think a moment….

If you have happiness, all the happiness you want or need, would that be the most important thing to you?

What good is money or the rest without happiness? If you are truly happy you won’t need to worry about the rest. If you require money to be happy then you will have it. Maybe the saying, “Money Can’t Buy Happiness”, should be “Happiness Can Produce Money”.

Try to release all anger and negative emotions. You can accomplish this easier once you realize you are only hurting yourself and other loved ones around you. Sure it will take regular practice. You may struggle with this, but it can become second nature after awhile.

It’s up to you. Do you want to be negative and unhappy or positive and learn to be happier? You can start now by adding positive attributes to your life. Be good, smile and put on a happy face!

If you have ever run a lemonade stand as a kid, then you know how popular lemonade can be. Lemonade is a tasty & refreshing drink. If you were to set up a lemonade shop in any metro area, chances are if you use fresh organic ingredients, you will have a hit all summer. It should come as no surprise that one of the oldest colon-cleanses is fast becoming one of the most popular Not surprising is that one of the most popular cleansing diets is also one of the oldest. It’s called “The Lemonade Diet,” and is also known as “The Master Cleanse.”

What Is The Master Cleanse Diet?

From it inception in the 1940′s by nutritionist Stanley Burroughs it has been gaining popularity as a great way to detox your body. Originally conceived to treat ulcers and other digestion problems it was discovered to offer many other benefits in addition to cleansing and detoxifying the body.

Now that celebrities have discovered this diets benefits it is being pushed into the limelight. With the explosive growth in population our bodies are bombarded with all forms of toxic waste. Commercial farming, smog, waste seeping into our water and soil combined with the toxin exposure from preservatives, pesticides and household disinfectants compound this problem. Many in today’s society are raising the awareness of detoxification.

Obesity is beginning to be a killer around the world. The western diet, when introduced to other cultures, is causing the same effects there as it does in the west. When you add the desire to be healthy and fit along with the need to be detoxified and cleanse, its little wonder that the Master Cleanse is a big hit.

What to Expect

Most experience weight loss of about 1 to 2 pounds a day. Though the cleanse is followed for 10 days, the 2 days before and 2 days after are used for preparing the body for the cleanse and then transitioning the body to your new healthier lifestyle. Some extra weight may be lost on these pre and post cleansing days.

Due to poor diet and lack of exercise, coupled with toxin overload from our food and environment, our bodies are not running at full capacity. This means that they are unable to cope with all the stress this puts on them. The cleanse removes these from our body and allows us to relieve our organs and glands form the immense stress placed upon them. A boost in metabolism and loss of weight is experienced along with a reduction of health problems.
Other Benefits

The cleansing lemonade is made from ingredients that reduce the overall impact of an acidic diet, improves cleansing, helps blood sugar levels, can stimulate circulation and boost the metabolism.

While it may sound easy to stop eating and just drink a refreshing glass of lemonade every hour or so there are things you need to know before you start to ensure success of your 10 day cleanse. You need to know these so you don’t fail.

* The drink does not provide any fiber. To prevent constipation and colon cleanse drink a laxative tea, take senna capsules, or drink a salt water laxative at least one serving per day.

* Reduce the effect of the acid in the lemonade on your teeth by rinsing with pure water after each glass of lemonade.

* Make only enough drink to last a few servings and no more than one day’s worth.

* If you choose to drink it hot, especially refreshing in the morning, then add the ingredients to a hot cup of water.

* Take before, during and after photos to encourage you and show your progress.

* Start a diary to keep you on track.

* Find a partner. Having a friend on the diet at the same time may help both of you stick to it.

* Curb hunger and reduce the shakes from blood sugar lows by drinking a glass or two more of the lemonade.

* If you can’t stand the hunger, you might try a Hoodia supplement.

* Freshly squeezed organic lemons are the only way to go. Using a prepackaged lemon juice won’t benefit you at all and all those preservatives in them will defeat the purpose of the cleanse.

* Clear everything with your doctor before jumping in.

* Ensure success by getting rid of the bad foods from your home before you start. Stock up on the new healthy foods you will eat. Change your lifestyle first!

* Try taking some probiotics and digestive enzymes for the first few days or weeks after you complete the cleanse, to restore you intestinal balance.

* Avoid temptations. Start during your time off of work and have plans for the entire 14 days. Make sure you are too busy to be tempted by food or going out with your friends.

* Be sure to get plenty of rest while on the cleanse and reduce the amount of exercise. Let you body use as much of its energy as possible to work on cleansing.

* Your tongue may feel sticky or coated while on the cleanse. Brush it with a plain tooth brush and rinse with some water. This will go away when the cleanse has been successful.

* If you don’t like the cayenne in your lemonade use capsules instead. One capsule with every glass of lemonade. If you can’t stand the heat, try a cool max cayenne.

* Start out the cleanse by drinking freshly juiced vegetables and fruit juices for two days before the cleanse and two days after.

* Start taking the tea laxative, bentonite clay, fiber laxative, salt water laxative, or senna colon cleanse capsules two days before the cleanse starts.

* Stop taking multivitamin supplements while cleansing for best results.

* Days 2 and 3 are the hardest for most people. If you make it past these successfully, you last the rest of the cleanse!

A Master Cleanse is not an endeavor to be taken lightly. It’s a serious cleanse which will produce serious results. If you want to succeed and get the most from it you will need to plan for each phase pre, during and post cleanse. The 21 tips above can help you get the most from your cleanse and assist in maintaining the benefits.

While not an easy diet to follow it can be worth every moment of renewed health and vitality. The actual detox part lasts a full ten days, and the preparation days include two days before and two days after. By following the Master Cleanse and using the tips above you can greatly improve your chance of successfully completing the cleanse and claiming a renewed sense of vitality, greater energy along with a loss of weight and reduce health issues.

Flexi-Bar Based on Technology Flexi-Bar Based on Technology

By Phillip Skinner

YouTube Video DennisBartram.com

If you want to improve your balanced agility or tone up your whole body ability or just improve your overall fitness, stretching re-flexing within any muscle or muscle group a simple methodology of contraction (stretching re flexing muscles by contraction in response to stretching within the muscle) makes vibration the latest in demand training by working on the deep core muscles of your back, hips and abdominals.

Enabling a tremor of waves to the body core, deep core muscles are what your back and spine uses to support by holding your spine upright and strong. As well as increasing muscular support it will also increase the blood supply to the vertebra tissue which makes it stronger, much suppler and generally a lot healthier.

The deep core muscles in our spine are our postural muscles. Core muscles are always working to maintain our posture. Many back problems such as a slipped disc, sciatica, neck pain, rounded shoulders, lumbar pain, are the result of weaknesses in these deep core muscles.

Having a weak centre will also adversely affect your coordination and balance especially as age takes its toll. The benefits of mono synaptic reflex which provides stretching then automatically regulate the skeletal muscle range are robust to the core and should not be underestimated, they help build up endurance and strength to the spine, because the back muscles play a major key role in all our every day to day movement, by improving the strength of these muscles you will gain and overall benefit to your back and general health.

This form of vibration practice work the whole body, vibration will reduce neck tension back pain or just wanting to build up endurance and fitness, vibration training is exactly what every-bodies needs are – the benefits include improving overall balance; this form of coordination movements can also assist you in your effort to lose weight.

Tune to today’s technology and the science of poor maintained posture can now be a complaint from the past, everyone occasionally gets pains in the backside from sitting at computers or some form of workstation giving trouble in the shoulder neck arms wrists elbows back of the legs even as far down as the feet?

By reading thus far you should now realize to stop thinking and start training from the inside out using vibration training for at least 5 minutes daily estimate three times in your week. It takes as little as 30-45 minutes a week to reap value from using this vibration form of exercise to the core.

Getting in to this routine is easy because this is fun, fun, diversion while completely reviving the extent of your spine plus support to improve overall stance that help towards relieving those minor aches and pains that bad posture encourages.

This modern way to a full bodies exercises works at any age never too late to start these vibration rehabilitation training methods it is the best keeping fit idea to come along since power walking only this time it’s an exercise designed to fit into your office your home even the gym helping your body to build up endurance and strength in short training spells.

The principle of vibration coaching has been around for more than forty years. It was originally developed by Russian scientist’s part of a space program to help cosmonauts maintain their physical condition their goal was to minimize loss of muscle mass and maintain bone density.

Conventional vibration plates, machines, devices, bars come in all shapes and prices depending on looking at a competitive version or a good product with more kinds of vibrating training devices and platforms available, some have “better vibrating” frequencies than others.

Some uncertainty about the exact extent vibration have on the body over a short period – however there isn’t any doubt that there’s important physical effect vibration training is understood to work on up to 100 percent of muscle fibres in each contraction while traditional training can be as low as 40%-60%.

The higher end models can cost up to ten thousand dollars, most people enjoy the vibrating movements of the machine higher the frequency the deeper vibration doing most of the exercising for you continuing stretching spontaneous contractions that are going on up and over in the muscles,

Muscles contracting at such high frequencies, pretty much everything is excited making this quicker and easier increased blood flow revives nutrient elements to muscles cells as well as removing any toxic waste and damaged tissue this in my view is the end benefit.

All your firmed skin plus your muscles gain the value that’s how you will lower your workout training time by half – No need to feel guilty by halving the training time to more than trebling the flexibility agility ability.

FLEXI-BAR works all of the muscles of the entire body. The action of shaking the FLEXI-BAR causes a vibration to be passed through the body. This vibration pushes, or stretches the muscles out of their natural alignment. This misalignment sends an automatic message to the brain, via the nervous system, that the muscles have been stretched. The brain sends a message back to the stretched muscles to “contract” or shorten, in an effort to bring them back to their “centre”, or state of equilibrium.

As long as you’re not standing still, you can rest assured that you’re moving Active Balance Core Dynamic Exercises – The ABC of Dynamic Exercise Wherever Your Standing Is Where You Start. http://www.flexi-barvibrationtraining.com/
